AGSA-PARTIDA: Customs Agency and International Logistics Europe–Africa
We are Agsa-Partida, a company with more than a century of history dedicated to facilitating international trade between Europe and Africa. What began in 1923 as a transit activity at the Port of Algeciras has today become one of the leading logistics and customs operators in the Euro-African corridor.
Our history: more than 100 years building trade bridges
Our history begins in 1923, when Fernando Partida Palma founded Partida Aduanas as a freight forwarding agent at the Port of Algeciras, managing shipments of goods bound for Tangier and Ceuta. From day one, customer proximity, service excellence and commitment to international trade became the pillars that have guided our evolution to this day.
Over the years, the company established itself as a customs agency specialising in trade between Europe and Africa, adapting to an increasingly global environment without giving up the values that have always defined the company: commitment, professionalism and a service vocation.
In 2015, the Partida, Ramos and Paublete families combined their experience and knowledge to take another step in building a shared project, capable of offering a comprehensive service with greater added value to their clients.
The next major milestone came at the end of 2022, when the company became part of the investment fund Everwood Capital, joining its Transport and Logistics platform. This incorporation drove an ambitious growth plan based on operational excellence, territorial expansion and the creation of a benchmark logistics group.
In July 2024, Partida Aduanas acquired Agsa Logistics, a company founded in Barcelona in 1982 under the name Aduanas Ginjaume, S.A., with a recognised track record in international road and air transport, customs services and warehousing.
A year later, in September 2025, both companies unified under a single commercial identity: Agsa-Partida. Thus, a stronger logistics and customs operator was born, with a presence in the main ports of Spain and Morocco and a value proposition based on service integration, specialisation and customer proximity.
Our growth continued in July 2026 with the incorporation of the Algeciras-based company Agencia Paublete, a strategic operation that strengthened our position in the Strait of Gibraltar and brought us solid expertise in traffic with Gibraltar, daily groupage shipments and the handling of dangerous goods.
Today, Agsa-Partida is much more than a customs company. We are a group specialising in end-to-end transport, logistics and international trade solutions, with a clear vocation to continue growing alongside our clients.
We handle close to 200,000 customs declarations per year, work for more than 2,000 clients, and have a team of more than 200 professionals across key logistics hubs in Spain and Morocco through our 7 branches.
Because we believe growth only makes sense when it is built on trust, knowledge and people. And that will continue to be our way of understanding the future.
